The Angelus Press Ltd.
The Angelus Press was founded in 1885 by the expanding Catholic Diocese in order to publish a news letter. In 1903, James Douglas Burnes added the printing press, as well as textbooks, slates, and pencils. The company continued to expand and was passed down as a family owned company. In 1997, The Santiago Castillo Group of Companies bought over the Angelus Press Ltd. Since, the product base has expanded. The Angelus Press Limited complete with its six retail outlets and the largest commercial printing house in the country employs 130 employees, including its own Management Team

Santiago Castillo Supermarket, formerly known as Save U Supermarket was opened on October 16th, 1992 under the management of Addy Castillo. The present building is 10,000sq ft, with plans of expansion within the next few years. Save U is a fully air-conditioned supermarket with grocery being the biggest department. The supermarket also carries meats, household, toys, deli food, snacks & desserts.

Belmex & Sensual
Belmex opened in 1999, as the largest grocery retailer in the Corozal Free Zone. The building stands the current size of 15,000 sq ft, selling groceries liquors, beverages, house ware, toys and cleaning products. In 2003, Sensual exclusive duty free store opened within Belmex to maximize great customer traffic. Even though Sensual is situated within Belmex, it is a separate store with its own entrance and exit. Sensual carries Liquors, Confectionery, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Fashionable Accessories and Luxury Items.

People's Store Supermarket
The People’s Store opened its doors to the public for business on October 20th 1961. It started as a small retail store with four employees. Eleven days after, Hurricane Hattie hit Belize and People’s Store was under devastation. Soon after however, they built back up, as strong as ever. Three years later, a warehouse was built for the business to expand to wholesale in supplying small grocery stores. The staff also grew. Presently, after forty eight years, The People’s Store has forty three employees and now features grocery, meats, household, fashion items, toys, deli food, snacks, & desserts.
